We want you to represent the HEAT with pride, so if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All returned merchandise must be in original, unworn condition with all tags attached to qualify for a refund.

Package Your Gear
Place the items in their original packaging or a sturdy box, ensuring all original hangtags and labels are included.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to any authorized shipping location; once received at our warehouse, please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to process.
